/ about me

I’ve always been driven by curiosity, empathy, and a relentless desire to build. I come from a long line of thinkers and creators. It’s in my DNA.

I started my professional chapter early. I graduated high school ahead of schedule in New York and jumped into college at 16, focused on computer information systems. Since then, I’ve stacked layers of expertise in strategic business leadership, network management, cybersecurity, business continuity, and more. I’ve kept learning through executive education and certifications in AI, regulatory compliance, and leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, Duke, and CU Boulder.

I’ve lived and worked across cultures, including time in Ecuador, which gave me fluency in Spanish and a broader lens on how people connect.

For over 20 years, I’ve led enterprise-level tech and business initiatives across industries and continents; healthcare, construction, government, professional services, and more. I’ve built and scaled teams, launched and led companies, and helped organizations navigate high-stakes pivots. Whether it’s restructuring processes, merging business and technical operations, building unique go-to-market strategies, or managing and growing teams through change, I’ve been in the room where the important decisions get made; I know how to make things happen.

I’m the founder of two technology consultancies, maappen and Innocore Advisory Group, where we work directly with clients to deliver a range of specialized business technology services. I also serve as interim CEO and CTO of ailiRx, where we’re building intelligent, patient-focused automation for global healthcare institutions.

My edge is passion and drive. I take the complex and abstract and make it clear and actionable. I know how to cut through noise and uncertainty.

But at the core of it all, I believe success is about people. I’ve helped founders, executives, and teams define their goals, navigate chaos, and make decisions that actually move the needle.

I don’t deal in hope. I deal in clarity, strategy, and results.

Big moves need sharp minds.
Let's talk.
